Amsterdam 1642, Rembrandt is a well known painter. He accepts an order to paint a group portrait of the civil army. Instead he discovered a conspiracy. He took it upon himself to denounce this act. The painter, a witness to his era, takes us on a mysterious journey with this painting. A journey into the world of Rembrandt guided by Rembrandt himself is what the film maker wishes to share with us. Film, doctorate in cineography studies from the University
of Provence and in Illustrate from the University
